New Reseller Agreements
Announced
Revere is now an authorized reseller for FreeWave
Radios and Panasonic Security Systems. FreeWave is one of the countries
leading producer of spread spectrum radio products, used in a wide
variety of applications ranging from military to public utilities.
Panasonic offers a complete range of security system
products, and Revere will focus on those products that support video
surveillance applications.

New UL Certification
Added
In addition to our long-standing UL 508A certification,
we have recently achieved authorization to use UL 698A and 6989B
labels. This new certification allows us to produce panels for use
in hazardous locations and in applications relating to hazardous
locations. This means we can build panels for explosion-proof, purged/pressurized,
and nonincendive applications.

Executive Role Changes
President Bob Adams has taken on the role of national
sales manager in order to provide increased emphasis on sales and
customer relationship management. VP of Engineering David Paden
has assumed Bob's administrative responsibilities under the title
of COO. Jack Walton has been hired to fill the VP of Engineering
position.

Customer's Project Featured
Long-time
customer, Parkson
Corporation, was featured in a front page photo and inside article
in the February 2003 issue of U.S. Water News. The article
described a computerized "mole" that tills sludge in a
drying bed at a state-of-the art wastewater treatment plant in Salem,
SC. Revere provided the control panel for the treatment plant. Parkson
provides technology for water and wastewater treatment for both
municipal and industrial markets.

National Manufacturing
Week Show
Revere
will be exhibiting at the National Manufacturing Week Show, March
3 though March 6, 2003, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

CSIA Registration Received
On
October 8, 2002, after an intensive, day-long audit procedure, Revere
received CSIA (Control System Integrators & Information Association)
registration. This registration audit addresses all aspects of business
conduct and was established by CSIA to assure users of integration
services that the provider is adhering to best practices of business
performance for our industry.

Automation
Alliance Established
In
a press conference at the recent ISA show in Chicago, a new organization,
the Automation Alliance Group, LLC was formally announced. This
is not just a new company, but a new kind of company. Formed by
ten independent system integrators, one of which is Revere, it is
a peer-to-peer melding of ten sets of capabilities, combining the
resources of about 600 automation and systems professionals to serve
customers nationwide, while still providing that all-important local
presence.
According
to Bob Adams, chairman of Automation Alliance Group, "We're
using the power of information systems to combine our ten individual
knowledge bases into a single, significant knowledge base we can
provide to our clients."

Manufacturer of the
Year Finalist
Kay
Harlow, executive director of the Alabama Technology Network, presents
Revere president Bob Adams with a certificate acknowledging Revere
Control Systems as a finalist in ATN's annual Manufacturer of the
Year competition. The competition judges companies in a number of
areas, including financial performance, commitment to customers,
quality, and commitment to employees. Included in the photo are
members of Revere's senior management team.

Revere
Exits Steam Turbine Generator Business
Continued weakness in the primary markets for steam turbine generator
cogeneration systems has prompted Revere to make a difficult decision
to discontinue marketing of this product line. Although the line
enjoyed success for many years, our need to focus efforts in other
areas that meet our objectives for margin and profitability dictated
