CHPgen™ 375

This self-contained, “plug-and-play” system provides a combination of reliable electricity production and thermal energy in the form of hot water. Based on a time-proven, American-made, industrial, stationary-type, natural-gas-fired engine-generator power platform, the CHPgen Series offers numerous benefits:

• Significant economy for businesses consuming both electrical and thermal energy
• Consistent electrical energy production free from the variances of utility blackouts and brownouts
• Reliable and valuable thermal energy for heating, cooling, and other uses
• Standardized process controls and interfaces for easier installation, operation, and maintenance
• Remote monitoring, communication, and control capabilities for responsive and economical centralized maintenance

The CHPgen Series is ideal for a wide variety of energy users, including hotels/motels, hospitals, universities, commercial laundries, office buildings and corporate campuses, and manufacturing operations.

Engine-Generator Set Construction

The engine-generator set comes completely pre-assembled; the engine, generator and heat recovery equipment are all pre-assembled to a heavy steel frame, enclosed in a weather-tight housing, and completely pre-piped. This includes all hot water and natural gas lines. The unit is ready for mounting on a foundation at the plant site.
