Analysis and Design

Our engineers review the specs and design parameters to assure the appropriateness of the proposed approach. Recommendations for change are made if deemed necessary. We analyze overall system drawings from the consulting engineer to establish the performance parameters for each RTU site, then begin the design process. Hardware design information and CAD drawings are submitted to the consulting engineer for approval, as are software design and associated screen displays. Parallel to the design process, we submit any necessary radio license filings.

Build and Test

Engineers and technicians work together on the shop floor to assure meticulous attention to quality in the fabrication process. Finished units then go through an intensive testing process. An on-line burn-in test weeds out any marginal components, while complete system testing simulates actually operating conditions to verify the communication and programming performance of individual units and the total system.

Field Testing and Training

When installation is complete, our personnel run a complete field test of the system to assure correct performance. Any adjustments or programming changes needed are completed in the field. We then provide the end user's personnel with training in the operation, trouble shooting, and maintenance of the system.

From start to finish, we have the know-how and experience to assure that your SCADA system performs effectively and efficiently in providing the communication and control functions your project needs.
