Our goal
is to help you achieve success with your power generation or power controls
project. Whether that means carrying your project from start to finish
or simply assisting you with one phase, we're ready to contribute our
expertise to yours to accomplish the goal of a control system that does
what it's supposed to. We take the time to examine your requirements in
depth in order to understand how we can best serve you. The services we
can bring to your project are described below.
|
|
- Conceptual Design
-
Design
begins with defining the overall system concept, scope, and
approach. Block diagrams express this concept. From there, we
go to selecting generic types of control equipment, setting
performance criteria, and planning locations. Revere applies
sound engineering judgment based on many years of experience
with a wide range of control equipment across a broad spectrum
of applications. From large project feasibility studies to turnkey
design on smaller projects, we help you avoid the pitfalls on
the way to achieving a system that works the way you want it
to.

|
- Engineering and Programming
-
We
assign a project engineer to every job in order to assure good
coordination, communication, and management. We pay attention
to details and to practical considerations such as maintainability,
placement, ventilation, cooling, heating, moisture, vibration,
dust, weather, explosion resistance, shock hazards, safety,
and human engineering. These details span the full gamut of
the job, from equipment selection and sizing, control schematics,
and wiring diagrams to panel layouts, purchasing specs, and
development of software configurations. When you check with
our customers, you'll find that Revere has a reputation for
getting things right.

|
- Shop Fabrication and Assembly
-
Our
shop work is focused primarily on panels and enclosures. It
covers construction, painting, mounting, wiring, inspection,
testing, packaging, and delivery. Ongoing training keeps technicians
abreast of the latest practices, and our engineers and technicians
are located close together to facilitate communication on any
issues that arise. We place a significant emphasis on checkout
and testing, applying sophisticated simulation methods to assure
that when you install one of our systems, it works right the
first time.

|
|
- Field Assistance
-
Our
technicians and engineers are well versed in assisting with
system startups and with solving operational problems in the
field. Whether your needs involve installation, calibration,
inspection, testing, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs,
or modifications, our commitment is to the performance of your
system and the success of your operation.
|
|
|
- Training
-
We
have classroom space at our facility in which we can teach your
personnel about your system while we're still in the process
of building it. We can also perform on-site operator training
and make instructional videos for you to use in ongoing training
of personnel.

|
|
- Documentation
-
Revere
is well known for the accuracy and completeness of our drawings
and documentation. Every system we build is accompanied by a
set of notebooks that contain all drawings, program listings,
software diskettes, and operation and maintenance instructions.
Documentation covers both our work and the components provided
from other vendors.
