The Latest from Revere

Here at Revere, we know that if we’re not moving forward, we’re going to get left behind. That’s why we’re always thinking ahead—because helping our customers do their work better requires that we stay on our toes. Read on for two of the most recent ways we’re doing just that.

Get2Gas

At Revere, we’re ready to be your total electrical, automation, and control partner in the biogas industry. Our Get2Gas turnkey solution blends together all the best systems in the market, so we can deliver your biogas as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.

Our solution is the fastest way to get your gas. This is partially because Revere manages everyone in the process, from the utility companies to the farmers themselves. Get2Gas includes electrical and automation for digesters, intake facilities, dewatering, clarifiers, heating, cooling compressors, and other key equipment. We work on a compressed schedule and have the flexibility to handle any changes that might come our way so we can get you your gas fast.

So, what if you aren’t looking for a turnkey solution? We also work directly with farmers, investment firms, OEMs, and general contractors to provide top-tier electrical, automation, and control work. We’re experts in most major automation platforms, and we’re an independent integrator, so we can serve a wide variety of client preferences.

Biogas is a quickly developing field, and we take great care to make sure we meet all industry codes and standards. Learn more about Get2Gas here.

Our New Certified Machine Safety Expert

Our very own Project Manager, Jarred McCain, recently received his Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) certification. This certification gives Jarred, and Revere, a better understanding of important regulations and standards, as well as the ability to manage a wide variety of projects from risk assessment to safety upgrade and implementation. This means that Revere Control Systems can execute Machine Safety studies directly for our clients instead of having to outsource this work. To put it simply, Revere is becoming more and more of a one-stop-shop for all your automation needs.

All operators are required to meet ANSI safety standards to be OSHA-compliant. Non-compliance not only puts employees at risk, but also makes the company liable for any anything that may go wrong. This certification means that Revere can handle the two major facets of machine safety: risk assessment and safety system design. We can provide a full assessment of your machines to determine all possible risk factors and required safety standards, and then design a safety system that meets those standards. It’s just another way that Revere brings you peace of mind.
